On a related note, I went on the world’s crappiest run this evening. I was going to get up and go this morning, but I was still SO exhausted from the weekend, so…
Anyway, one note for Katie. When I run after a long day at work, etc. I like to have a handful of nuts before I go, or maybe a slice of cheese. Quick protein, not filling.
So tonight I start off just jogging, going for distance not speed, blah blah blah. But then the wind picks up really suddenly, and half the time I can barely move and the other half I’m getting blown around. And there are all these trees around the track and they are blowing shit into my eyes and then I inhale some tree crap and start choking. So I figure I’ll just jog around the neighborhood a little, and then it starts POURING. So then I’m running just to get home as soon as possible, but trying not to slip and fall. No insurance + broken limb = all bad.
Boo hiss bad run, better luck tomorrow.
