Like Brian Boitano, I skate for myself
What I wore on Monday:
1. Wake up in old white t-shirt and evil Tinkerbell the pants. The pants are evil. Tinkerbell is pretty alright.
2. Dress for work, wondering why it isn’t a thousand degrees outside. Peach colored James Perse shirt (Nordstom Rack by South Coast Plaza, avec la Kim, 2005, $19.99. R.U. Blue? straight leg jeans (Express, South Street Seaport, September 2006, on sale! for $29.99). Ivory and blue paisley cardigan (Old Navy, San DiAHgo, con Kim, Spring 2006, on sale! for $17.99). The usual silver flats.
3. Home from work, pumped to go for a run. I guess we all know how that worked out, grr. Nevertheless, getting the crap kicked out of me by the elements in a Troy Camp “Pass the Can” t-shirt (free, freshman year of college) and running shorts (Brooklyn Target, $14.99, a few weeks ago).
4. Lounging around for the evening in gray man-sweatpants (Target, senior year of college, cheap no doubt) and my awesome pink Norwegian Star, Mexican Riviera t-shirt with scary lady gecko on it (uhh, Norwegian Star, Mexican Riviera, January 2006, my room key paid for it, ask it). My cousin Katie has a purple one. When we match, nothing can stop us!!
5. Evil tinkerbell pants for bed. It’s a love hate thing.
PS, if you get my Brian Boitano reference, you are probably my dad. When did you get a tumblr, Dad?
